WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?

All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouses. Please allow additional time for your order to process during the holiday and sales seasons.

We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and will be shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR TAXES AND CUSTOMS?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US dollars, which means you may have to pay duties and taxes once you receive your order.

DELAYS OR ERRORS IN THE LOCAL POST OFFICE

Exceptionally, local post offices may cause delays in package delivery or make an operational error. In this case, WoOwzone has no responsibility since we have no control over the local post offices.

If your package arrived at the local post office and delivery is delayed or there was an error, please contact your local post office, with your purchase confirmation email, tracking number and identity document to make the claim and the corresponding verification in this entity.
